This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for credits bought on Casagbic. Casagbic is a product of Techulas Software Solution Private Limited. It applies to purchases in Indian Rupees (INR, processed by Cashfree Payments) and US Dollars (USD, processed by Stripe), and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. What you buy
Casagbic sells prepaid digital credits that you spend on AI build tasks inside the platform. Credits are a digital service: there is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
- India (INR): ₹1 per credit, plus GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%). For example, 500 credits cost ₹500 + ₹90 GST = ₹590. A GST invoice is issued for every INR purchase.
- Outside India (USD): $1 per 100 credits.
- Credits do not expire. There are no subscriptions and no monthly fees.
2. Delivery
Credits are added to your workspace automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. If your bank takes longer to confirm a payment (this can happen with net banking or UPI), the credits are added automatically once it does. You receive an email receipt, and for INR purchases a GST invoice is available from your billing settings.
If money has left your account but the credits have not appeared within 24 hours, contact us and we will resolve it.
3. Cancellation
- No subscriptions to cancel. Every purchase is a one-time payment. We never charge you on a recurring basis unless you turn on auto-recharge.
- Before paying: you can cancel at any time by closing the payment window. Nothing is charged and no credits are added.
- Auto-recharge: if you turned it on, you can turn it off at any time from your billing settings. This stops all future automatic purchases immediately.
- After delivery: once credits are in your workspace, the purchase is complete. If something went wrong, see the refund rules below.
4. When you get a refund
We refund the amount you paid, to your original payment method, when:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Money was debited but the credits were never added to your workspace.
- A purchase was made because of a verifiable error on our platform (for example, a billing bug that charged the wrong amount).
If a task fails because of a platform error, or the platform is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours, you can request a credit adjustment to your workspace, as described in our Terms of Service.
5. What is not refundable
- Credits already spent on tasks, including tasks whose AI-generated result did not match what you expected.
- Unused purchased credits, except in the cases listed in section 4. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for verifiable platform errors.
- Unused credits remaining when you voluntarily delete your account.
- Free credits given on signup or as promotions.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction with:
- The email address of your Casagbic account
- The date and amount of the payment
- The order ID or invoice number (shown on your receipt), or the bank / UPI transaction reference
We reply within 48 hours.
7. Refund timelines
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet, or the card used on Stripe) within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show the refund on your statement.
- For INR purchases, the GST charged on the refunded amount is refunded as well.
- When a refund is issued, the matching credits are removed from your workspace.
8. Failed or interrupted payments
If a payment fails, times out, or you close the payment window, no credits are added. If money was debited for a payment that did not complete, your bank or UPI app normally reverses it automatically within 5–7 business days. If it does not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will help.
