These terms govern your use of the Casagbic platform at casagbic.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

1. The Platform

Casagbic is an AI-powered development platform. You describe what you want to build in plain English, and our AI agents generate working code — web apps, mobile apps, or both. You pay per task using prepaid credits. You own everything that gets built.

The platform is actively developed. Features, pricing, and availability may evolve over time. We recommend downloading your generated code regularly.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, but in no case under 13) to create an account.
• You must provide a valid email address. Email verification is required.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• One account per person. Email aliases (e.g., [email protected]) are normalized to prevent duplicate accounts.
• You may be invited to join other workspaces as a team member.
• By clicking “Create Account,” submitting the registration form, or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Credits & Billing

• Casagbic uses a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in USD via Stripe.
• Each task consumes credits based on the AI compute resources used. Simple tasks cost less, complex tasks cost more.
• Credits do not expire.
• No subscriptions. No recurring charges unless you explicitly enable auto-recharge.
• Auto-recharge, if enabled, purchases additional credits at your configured threshold using your saved payment method.
• Credit usage is visible in real-time during job execution.
• New accounts receive 100 free credits on signup. This offer may change or be discontinued at any time.

Failed & Interrupted Jobs

Credits consumed during a job reflect actual AI compute used, regardless of job outcome. If a job fails due to a platform error (not an AI output issue or user prompt error), you may request a credit review by contacting [email protected]. We will evaluate and, where appropriate, issue a credit adjustment. We do not guarantee refunds for jobs that produce unexpected or incomplete results due to the inherent nature of AI generation.

Refunds

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for verifiable platform errors. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your transaction details.

Auto-Recharge Safeguards

If you enable auto-recharge, you will receive an email notification each time a recharge is triggered. You may disable auto-recharge at any time from your account settings. Auto-recharge has a maximum configurable amount. You are responsible for reviewing and setting appropriate thresholds.

4. AI-Generated Code

• Code is generated by AI models (currently Anthropic Claude and OpenAI Codex).
• No guarantee: AI-generated code may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, or errors. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and auditing all generated code before deploying it to any environment.
• AI agents may ask clarifying questions during code generation. Clear, detailed prompts improve output quality.

Warranty Disclaimer THE PLATFORM AND ALL AI-GENERATED CODE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED CODE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR INTENDED USE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF GENERATED CODE, INCLUDING DEPLOYMENT TO PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTS.

5. Code Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your Code

• You own the output. All code generated through your account belongs to you.
• Download, modify, redistribute, and deploy it without restriction from us.
• We do not claim any intellectual property rights over code generated for you.
• We do not use your generated code to train our own AI models.

Third-Party Code & Licenses

Important: AI models generate code based on patterns learned from publicly available code, documentation, and other training data. Generated code may resemble or incorporate patterns from open-source projects, which may be subject to open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache, GPL). It is your sole responsibility to:

• Review generated code for potential open-source license obligations
• Run appropriate license scanning and compliance tools before commercial use
• Ensure generated code does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Comply with any applicable open-source license terms

Casagbic makes no representation that generated code is free from third-party IP claims and disclaims all liability for intellectual property infringement arising from AI-generated output.

Our Platform

The Casagbic platform — including its software, algorithms, user interface, documentation, branding, and all associated intellectual property — is and remains the exclusive property of Casagbic. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to our platform beyond the right to use it as a service under these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to generate malicious software, malware, or exploit code
• Attempt to break out of the execution sandbox or access other users’ containers
• Abuse the credit system (e.g., creating duplicate accounts for free credits)
• Submit prompts designed to manipulate AI agents into harmful actions
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Use the platform to violate any applicable law
• Interfere with platform infrastructure or other users’ experience
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract platform source code

7. Workspaces & Collaboration

• You can create workspaces and invite team members.
• Roles: Owner, Admin, Member. Each has different permissions.
• Workspace owners are responsible for their team members’ usage.
• Credits are consumed at the workspace level, not per individual.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Casagbic, you consent to the data practices described there.

9. Service Availability

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access. We will provide reasonable advance notice when possible.
• AI model providers may experience outages outside our control.
• Job execution may time out after extended processing (currently 1 hour).

If the platform is unavailable for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours, excluding scheduled maintenance), affected users may request a credit adjustment proportional to the downtime.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, war or terrorism, power or internet outages, third-party AI provider outages or policy changes, cloud infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or changes in applicable law or regulation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) CASAGBIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR AI-GENERATED CODE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; (B) CASAGBIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED CODE DEPLOYED TO ANY ENVIRONMENT, INCLUDING PRODUCTION; (C) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID IN CREDITS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Casagbic harmless against claims arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Code generated and deployed through your account
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon voluntary deletion, your generated code remains downloadable for 30 days. After 30 days, all data associated with your account is permanently deleted. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary deletion.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. In the case of termination for violation, we are not obligated to provide access to generated code or unused credits. For minor violations, we will attempt to notify you and provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue before termination.

Effect of Termination

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Code Ownership, and Governing Law — will continue to apply after termination.

14. Export Controls & Sanctions

The platform relies on AI services that may be subject to export control laws and trade sanctions. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country subject to comprehensive US trade sanctions, and that you are not on any government restricted party list. You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations in your use of the platform.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Before initiating any formal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days after written notice of the dispute.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. For minor or clarifying changes, updated versions will be posted here with a new effective date. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of material changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may delete your account before the effective date.

17. General

• Severability — if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Entire agreement — these terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Casagbic regarding use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements.
• No waiver — our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right.
• Assignment — you may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms. Casagbic may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all assets, provided the assignee agrees to honor these terms.
• No third-party beneficiaries — these terms do not create any rights for any third party.
